About the Role
We are scaling our infrastructure to support millions of users across Africa. We need a DevOps engineer to build and maintain robust, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure for our growing product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple products
- Implement security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Monitor system performance and respond to incidents
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform
Requirements
- 4+ years of DevOps/cloud engineering experience
- AWS or GCP certification preferred
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus)
- Strong Linux administration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-region deployments in Africa
- Knowledge of data residency regulations
- Security certifications (CISSP, CEH)
