About the Role
We need a talented UI/UX Designer to craft beautiful, intuitive interfaces for our enterprise software products. You will own the design process from research to high-fidelity prototypes and work directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems in Figma
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Establish and maintain design standards across all products
Requirements
- 4+ years of UI/UX design experience for digital products
- Expert-level Figma skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for African markets
- Motion design skills
- Basic front-end development knowledge
