About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of scalable web applications for our enterprise clients across Africa. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and client stakeholders to deliver world-class software.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and build scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and cloud platforms
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure application performance, security, and reliability
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML integration
- Knowledge of African fintech or healthcare systems
- Open source contributions
