Bridge the gap between our clients and our engineering teams. You will work with hospitals, banks, and insurance companies to understand their challenges and translate them into clear technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Create detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders
- Manage project scope and change requests
- Support UAT and client training
Requirements
- 3+ years of business analysis in healthcare or financial services
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Visio
Nice to Have
- CBAP or PMI-PBA certification
- Experience with Nigerian regulatory frameworks
- SQL knowledge for data analysis
